Personal Training services with Coach Emma involve face-to-face sessions to work on your fitness level, your strength and most importantly your technique, to help you achieve your goals and feel great doing so.

✓ PT sessions are for everyone who wants to invest in your health and further educate yourself with correct technique, tempo control and to push yourself .  I have worked with 100’s of women over the years from beginners to competitive weightlifters. 

✓ PT is personalised around the clients needs whether they are strength based or to work on your cardiovascular fitness.  We set goals to work towards and have you feeling confident to train outside of the pt sessions .
